Dr. Sally Brooks is an Internist, Geriatrician, and trained Pharmacist with 30 years of experience in developing and implementing person-centered, high-quality, and cost-effective healthcare programs. Her diverse background includes clinical practice, health system leadership, academia, physician recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and retaining successful physician leaders across acute, post-acute, and outpatient care settings, including behavioral health and managed Medicare and Medicaid plans.

With CMO leadership experience in Fortune 500 companies, Dr. Brooks is a highly-regarded consultant, bringing valuable insights and expertise to strategic initiatives and organizational transformations in healthcare.
​
Dr. Brooks earned her M.D. Degree from Marshall University School of Medicine and her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Biology from Ohio Northern University. She completed residency training at The Christ Hospital Internal Medicine Residency Program in Cincinnati, Ohio, followed by a Geriatric Medicine Fellowship at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine.

In addition to her professional commitments, Sally embraces a vibrant personal life marked by diverse interests, cherished relationships, and a spirit of exploration. A longstanding resident of Cincinnati, she revels in outdoor adventures and extensive travel, finding solace and rejuvenation in discovering new horizons. Sally's expressions of love extend to cooking and entertaining, where she values moments shared with family and friends.

Beyond her bustling professional and personal pursuits, Sally is dedicated to charity work. Recognized as a National Alzheimer’s Association Fundraising Champion, she spearheaded significant fundraising efforts in honor of her father, affectionately known as "Old Man Brooks."

As a devoted mother to three grown children, Sally holds dear the bonds of family and the companionship of their beloved dog, Dolly. Alongside her roles, she's a fervent sports enthusiast, particularly for The Ohio State University, proudly holding season tickets for Buckeye football games.
